I would like to personalize my tickets. How does it work?

Due to increased security requirements, ticket personalization is required for all adult persons (> 19 years).
For this purpose, please enter the first and last names as well as the dates of birth of the guests while logged into your ORF Backstage account (backstage.ORF.at).

Therefore, please follow these steps:

Step 1:   Open the website backstage.ORF.at and log in with your user credentials.

Step 2:   After logging in, click on “My Account” in the upper right corner.

Step 3:   Under “Tickets” you will find the tickets you booked.

Step 4:   Click on the red pencil (below “Name des Gasts”).

Step 5:   An editing form will open. Here you can enter the last name (= Nachname), first name (= Vorname), and date of birth (= Geburtsdatum) for each participant and confirm by clicking “Speichern” to save the data. You will then return to your ticket overview and can repeat these steps for the remaining tickets.


For organizational reasons, in exceptional cases ticket personalization is possible up to a few days before the event. If ticket personalization is no longer possible, please send the guest data to backstage@orf.at.

Once the personalization of your tickets is complete, you can download your personalized tickets, which will then also display the names of your guests, by clicking on the small red QR code next to “Download". Please bring these personalized tickets to the event either printed or digitally.

ID checks will be carried out when entering the event venue. Access will be denied if personalization has not been completed or if the information does not match the photo ID.
